Embark on a delicious journey from bean to beautiful finished creations in this hands-on chocolate adventure. Young chocolatiers will discover the fascinating world of fine chocolate making, learning professional techniques for tempering, creating ganache, and crafting artisanal confections. Students will master the art of rolling perfect truffles, dipping elegant chocolate-covered treats, crafting filled chocolates, creating silky glazes, and designing their own unique candy bars. Along the way, they'll learn to work with different chocolate types, understand flavor pairing, and develop the skills to create chocolate treats that look as amazing as they taste. From classic French-style truffles to modern chocolate bark, molded candies to decadent dipped fruits - this program transforms chocolate lovers into confident chocolate artisans who understand both the craft and creativity of working with fine chocolate.

*To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. *A full refund will be issued if Gather Culinary cancels your course. *All sales are final. Due to limited seating, prep time, and scheduling that go into creating classes, we do not offer refunds. You are welcome to send someone to attend in your place. Please email us @ hello@gatherculinary.com to let us know who will attend in your place. *We cannot make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses, or no-shows. *Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up.
