Galettes

Service Description

In this class you will learn how to make a flaky all butter pie dough. We will then make 2 galettes, one sweet apple or pear and one savory (heirloom tomato). Everyone will go home with 2 mini galettes. Tina’s curiosity as a young child led her into the kitchen where her mother and grandmother laid the foundation for a lifetime love of baking. She has passionately studied baking for most of her life while developing and modernizing her favorite recipes to bake for her family and friends. Her many television appearances include The Chew, The Today Show, The Rachael Ray Show, Hallmark Home and Family, Bridge Street TV and Daytime. Tina has spent the last decade participating in cooking and baking competitions which culminated in her crowning achievement: winning season 4 of ABC's The Great American Baking Show.

Cancellation Policy

*To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. *A full refund will be issued if Gather Culinary cancels your course. *All sales are final. Due to limited seating, prep time, and scheduling that go into creating classes, we do not offer refunds. You are welcome to send someone to attend in your place. Please email us @ hello@gatherculinary.com to let us know who will attend in your place. *We cannot make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses, or no-shows. *Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up.
