Service Description

In this cooking class, you'll learn the basics of sauteing, from choosing the right cuts of meat and vegetables to perfecting the technique. You'll also learn how to create delicious and flavorful sautéed dishes that will please everyone in the family. Menus are based on market availability of ingredients. But, more importantly, you'll learn how to overcome the obstacles that often stand in the way of cooking confidently and creatively. You'll learn how to: Plan your meals ahead of time so you always know what to make for dinner. Time your meals perfectly so you never have to rush or wait. Get creative with your recipes and experiment with new flavors. Make healthy choices that will help you feel your best. By the end of this class, you'll be a confident, creative, and healthy cook who can sauté anything to perfection. In this class, you will take the food home that you prepare.
