Service Description
Immerse yourself in the sensory experience of cooking and eating mindfully. In this class, we’ll explore how to savor the present moment through food preparation, using sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. You’ll also learn how to cook with intuition—trusting your instincts, making substitutions with confidence, and letting go of rigid recipes. You'll leave with delicious dishes and the tools to find calm, connection, and creativity in your kitchen and at your table.

*To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. *A full refund will be issued if Gather Culinary cancels your course. *All sales are final. Due to limited seating, prep time, and scheduling that go into creating classes, we do not offer refunds. You are welcome to send someone to attend in your place. Please email us @ hello@gatherculinary.com to let us know who will attend in your place. *We cannot make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses, or no-shows. *Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up.
