Unicorn Cake Decorating

Service Description

Students will learn how to assemble and decorate their own 2-layer 6” unicorn cakes to take home. They will work with fondant to construct unicorn ears and horns followed by painting their horns with edible gold glitter. They will frost their cakes with buttercream using tools such as cake turntables, rubber spatulas, offset spatulas, and cake combs. Students will walk away understanding how to properly assemble and work with piping bags and piping tips to pipe unicorn hair. Yellow cakes and vanilla buttercream will be premade before the scheduled class. Supplies/tools will be provided. Students will be given windowed cake boxes to carry their cakes home. Cake serves approximately 6 people.

*To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. *A full refund will be issued if Gather Culinary cancels your course. *All sales are final. Due to limited seating, prep time, and scheduling that go into creating classes, we do not offer refunds. You are welcome to send someone to attend in your place. Please email us @ hello@gatherculinary.com to let us know who will attend in your place. *We cannot make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses, or no-shows. *Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be made up.
