We believe in the transformative power of mindfulness. Starting January 2024, we invite you to join our free, year-long meditation course. Held on the third Tuesday of each month, 7:30 pm ET, this course is designed to guide you through a variety of meditation techniques, helping you find the practice that speaks to your soul; cultivating connection, calm, creativity, curiosity, and confidence. You are invited to attend one, all or anywhere in between. All classes will be held via Zoom.
