“My favorite Thanksgiving dessert is an Upside Down Cranberry Cake.

Made with a bit of cornmeal, it has a buttery crunch around the edges and is slightly tart from the cranberries. People are surprised by how delicious cranberries can be when presented as a dessert, and I love that it pushes people outside of the typical Thanksgiving dessert ideas. You can have something nontraditional, and it still is fun and delicious.”
